In order to sustain customers and to guarantee them a constant support during the years, Zephir has developed an efficient and quick “Service Department”.
“Service” structure allows a simultaneous information swap between Service Manager and specialized technicians who provide for vehicle reconditioning, meeting quickly customers’ requirements.
The “Service Department” covers all the operative areas,  caring customers’ investments in Zephir vehicles.

 

Zephir guarantees spare parts availability within 48 hours, minimizing  vehicle stop time due to eventual breakdowns.
